Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full payment for the scheduled treatment will be charged. However, please note that this policy is subject to the discretion of management, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
